If you read my blog, you might recall this post last year around this same time where I explained how I forgot picture day for preschool. Well, I didn't forget this year! It may or may not have anything to do with the various alarms set on my phone or the friends who called to remind me or the bright bold notes all over my fridge. The point is, I remembered. Poor Parker. After I got him dressed in his non-cool clothes as he calls them, I made him take a picture. He hates mornings. His face is tight, he's serious, and grumpy as a badger. His eyes are barely open, but doesn't he look handsome? The funny thing is, I don't even like school pictures and only buy the smallest package for memory's sake. I'm just thankful I remembered and won't mess up the class picture with a kid in raggedy sweats. Maybe I'm starting to pull myself together as a mom. Haha. Probably not.
Doesn't this little beaver smile make you just want to kiss him?
